The B&B Monticelli ancient nineteenth-century rural hamlet recently restructured is situated in an ownership of around 6 hectares, surrounded by woods of chestnut tree, firs and oaks. E'situato to 400 meters s.l.m. with view on the historical center of Capranica. Alone Dista besides 2 kms. from the ancient city of Sutri with the famous mitreo etrusco and the Roman amphitheater realized in the tufo. To around 7 Kms the Lake of Vico of volcanic orgine is found, situated in protected area and edged from the suggestive woods of the forest cimina. Dipped in the green it is an ideal place to relax himself/herself/themselves and to enjoy to full of an uncontaminated nature, with wooded vegetation and fauna typical of the Tuscia. And' possible to develop within the stay equestrian activity, swimming in the ample swimming pool of ownership (period use 01/06-31/08), as well as trekking and mountain bike in the paths of the adjacent woods. In the estate the biological crop of the noccioleto is practised and a cave is present visitable etrusca.
