The B&B is located in the hystoric center of Verona, just 50mts from Verona Arena and Piazza Bra, the heart of Verona life. Beyond this, our B&B is easy to reach, because we are just 800mts from Verona Porta Nuova Railway Station, and we have the two biggest parks in Verona at 50mts, Arena Park and Cittadella park. Our B&B is strategic because you can easily reach Porta Nuova Station in few minutes walk, and then visit art cities like Venezia, Padua, Mantova, Vicenz; beyond this, it is easy to reach the Garda Lake and its famous lake villages, and Gardaland, the biggest italian amusement park (for you and your children), free linked with the Railway Station. Our B&B is located inside a flat, at the 3rd floor of an elegant palace, recently restructured. We offer Only Bed or Bed and Breakfast treatments, in 3 nice and new rooms: one double room (Mercuzio Room), one twin room (Romeo Room), on 3-beds room (Giulietta Room). The bathroom is provided with shower, and it is shared only between the guests. Included services: daily cleaning, towels, linen. On request, we offer breakfast, only 5 EUR for person for night. Our Bed and Breakfast is the best for who wants to have a cultural, funny, or quiet holiday...for who wants to have short or long stays...our Bed and Breakfast is the best for you! Check-in is fixed after 1.00 pm, Chek-out is fixed before 10.30 am. When you have booked, please give us your email and your mobile phone, in order to have a better organization. Cancellation and Modify Policy: cancellations and modifies are possible until 5 days before your arrival time. If your modify posticipates arrival date, the cancellation term is the same. If your modify anticipates arrival date, the cancellation term changes with the new arrival time. Beyond this terms, we will apply no-show, and we will charge your credit card with the whole cost of your stay. HOW TO REACH US: Our B&B is located in via Caserma Ospital Vecchio, n°6, 3rd floor. It is in the full hystoric centre of Verona, just 50 mts from Arena and Piazza Bra, and easy to reach with every transport mean. BY PLANE: At Verona Catullo Airport or Brescia-Verona Airport (Ryanair), keep the bus for Porta Nuova Railway Station. From here, you can keep a cab (5 EUR), or keep a bus for historic centre (1 EUR), or have a walk of 7-8 minutes, just follow indications for Verona Arena and Piazza Brà. We signal that in station there is a turistic point (in the left part of the station), where you can have free bus times and free maps. You can also ask where our B&B is: you will find very kind people. BY TRAIN: See information above. BY CAR: Keep Motorway A4 Milan-Venice. Exit at Verona Sud. Keep left, and follow indication for centre. Before enter in Piazza Bra, turn on the right in Piazza Cittadella, and here park. In front of Piazza Cittadelle there is our street, Via Caserma Ospital Vecchio (we are at civic number 6).
