The B&B D'Agostino is situated in the Eur, at the doors of South Rome, in a residential zone rich of green and excellently connected with roads and public transportations to the center of Rome, to offices and ministries, to the Palalottomatica, to the New Fair of Rome and to the Airports of Ciampino and Fiumicino. The apartment is situated at the first floor in an extremely calm and silent villa, ideal for the one that comes to Rome in family or for job, offering the correct relax after a day of walks or office. The triple room is elegantly furnished, with table and bookstore for the guests and the possibility to enter to a balcony that leans out on a beautiful park. The double room is furnished with closet, desk, chairs, and leans out on the square where is possible to leave his/her own auto. The bath is furnished of sink, bidet, playpen shower and washer that can be used by the guests. It's also allowed the use of the kitchen. The breakfast is included in the price. Towels for bath and shower are at disposition for the guests. Possibility to connect to internet for free (line ADSL wireless) through the personal notebook. On application we also furnish a place auto (covered or box) to 5 Euro a day. Stephen, the housekeeper, will wait for you and give you any informations you want about touring Rome or for any other need during your journey The prices are: -Double Room Single Use: min.25 max.50 (One week: min.160 max.330) -Double Room: min.50 max.90 (One week: min.350 max.620) -Triple Room: min.90 max.120 (One week: min.600 max.820) To arrive by car: Exit 26 of the Link GRA in Rome, direction Rome-Eur, then follow the indications for Mostacciano and D. Jachino Street. With the public transportations: Stop Eur Palasport of the Line B (Metro). Then take bus 778 toward Mostacciano and go down at the second stop of D. Jachino Street. The stop of the bus to reach the Eur is about 200 mt. from the house. The district is rich of restaurants, shops and green areas. For the lovers of the bicycle in the proximities it is situated the cycle-lane that crosses all Rome following the course of the river Tevere in a simple but very suggestive run.
