Welcomes to house! Ours bed and breakfast it is found to Commands, to half road between Cagliari and Villasimius, to 600 mt from the sea. Covering the panoramic one that it knows them along the Southeastern coast, you will find numerous calette and spiagge, from the colors and scents that only the Sardinia knows to offer. To five minuteren from house you will be endured conquered from the beach of Pintau Seas (painted Sea), than it will shock to you with the colors of its sea, that they vary from the green emerald to the turchese, and the scents of the lentischio and the cisto that they will accompany you along the path that door to the beach. Our house not e' a hotel that costs little!!!!!!! For this, to the persons who expect a service to 5 stars, we advise not to choose to us and to address to other structures!!!!! Our house e' one villetta to bifamilare with loggiato and garden. It is developed on three levels where: to the flat earth you will find a stay with fireplace (where you will have to disposition the system stereo) and one doppia/matrimoniale room with bath; to Association of Bologna one adaptable matrimoniale room tripla/quadrupla with bath to the inside and balcony with sight on the garden and one doppia/matrimoniale room with bath to the inside and private terrazzina; a peasant wine cellar where we live. All the rooms are equipped of conditioning system caldo/freddo. The arrivals must happen from the 14 and departures within the 11.00. Our house is found to Commands, tourist locality that to be distant 20 minuteren from Cagliari and as many from Villasimius. The zone is served from the buses from for Cagliari and Villasimius. Within a beam of little hundreds of meters numerous services are found: - Spiagge equipped, typical Supermarkets, Foods and products, Newspaper stand and ricevitoria/tabacchi, Telephones publics, Post office them, Automatic teller, medical Guard and ambulance, Pharmacy, Station of the Police officers, Distributors fuel, Office tourist information, Restaurants, pizzerie, gelaterie, Chartering car, motion and bici, Marine Tourist Port of Commands, Rimessaggio, Chartering boats to sail and motor, School of sail, Bar, restaurant and pizzeria.
