Right here, a step away from the historical street “via Francigena” (what was the old pilgrim route to Rome) and the famous city of art and merchants, San Gimginano, imbedded in the classical tuscan countryside, you discover the Casolare Terre Rosse, a splendid example of rural architecture, dedicated to relax. The hotel is the starting point for numerous routes to culture, gastronomy and to the famous wines of this area. We attempt to meet all the different kinds of needs of our guests. By representing the values which have been part of this wonderful zone for hundreds of years. The hotel is characterized by its charming position, the selected furnishings and the quality of the service. Composed of the ground floor and first floor, we offer 42 rooms which overlook the park and the courtyard , all air-condition to the telephone, internet (including ADSL for portable computers), satellite TV, minibar and personal safe. The structure consists of the spacious park, the swimming pool, a summer restaurant out side in the courtyard and one internal dining room.There is a splendid breakfast room by day which in the evening is trasformed into a pleasant bar. All in this order to make your stay more prestigious, enjoyable and rich in confort which you can expect from every sejourn. Ample spaces are dedicated to your relax, the bar and a spacious park and parking place are examples for our idea of service, which is also shown in flexibility and the ability to satisfy the various needs of our clients. Tuscan cookery courses, wine-tasting and courses of art can be organized, furthermore we establish the contact to rental agencies for bikes, scooters and cars. We are always at your disposal to provide you precious and useful information for destinations like vineyards, restaurants, places of interest, trecking trails etc. In the evening, the beautiful courtyard is dressed within draperies, crystals and cutlery. Dinner is served from our menu which offers tuscan flavours which you can taste and smell. The menu is rich in ancient recipes in order to satisfy our guests with the tastes of Tuscany. The focal point of the Casolare is the swimming pool immersed in the green park, already giving the guests the opportunity to relax in the early morning around the pool in the sun. There is also the possibility to have lunch or to take an aperitif in company of the other guests.
